Terms & Conditions

To both protect you and I, we have some simple terms and conditions that must be adhered to. Please make sure to read all relevant sections of these prior to arriving at your appointment or at the time of placing a booking.

  • Cancellations , rearrangements and no shows  - Please notify me at least 48hrs prior to appointment. If notified less than 48 hours half of the treatment price will be required. If notified in less than 24hrs or no show FULL payment is required. Until paid cannot be rebooked/ rearranged.

    Failure to adhere to this 3 times will require any new booking to be paid in full, if the appointment that is paid in full is also not attended no refunds.

  • Please let me know asap if you will be late. If this causes your appointment to run into someone elses, the appointment be cancelled and paid in full. 

  • These treatments can only be carried out every 6+ weeks. I cannot do these treatments any less than this. Please arrive with clean lashes & brows. No mascara.

  • Must have at least 50% of lash extensions left to be considered as an infill (every 2-3 weeks) lashes with less than 50% will be charged for a full set.  Please arrive with cleaned washed lashes.

  • Please try to come to your appointment alone, if circumstances require you to bring someone please notify me before.

  • Cash or bank transfer - All payments must be made prior to leaving the salon.

  • Please do not turn up to your appointment ill, treatment will be refused. If you are ill please let me know so we can rearrange your appointment, if you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours the cancellation charge will be applied.


  • If you cancel/ rearrange or no show a booking that you were using a voucher for, the above cancellation charges are applied. 

  • Please park in-front of the house or cover the , not on the drive or outside someone elses house.
