Frequently asked questions.

    1. Scrubber- Uses ultrasonic vibrations (high-frequency sound waves) to loosen dead skin cells, break up oil and debris in pores and help lift blackheads to the surface.

    2. Aqua Shower -Flushes the skin with water or cleanser, uses vacuum suction to remove loosened debris and gently exfoliates the surface.

    3. Ultra sound- Stimulates blood flow for a brighter glow. Supports Collagen Production and over time, can help improve firmness. It helps to calm inflammation.

    4. Radio frequency- the heat stimulates collagen production. and helps tighten and firm the skin.

    5. Cold hammer- Cooling metal surface to the skin after treatments, calms the skin, reduces redness and irritation. Minimizes the Look of pores, reduces puffiness.

    6. Spray - Hydrating Rose water, adds final hydration and leaves a dewy finish

  • No, please remove ALL eye/brow makeup before coming for a lash or brow treatment- otherwise you will eat into your treatment time potentially resulting in us having to miss out treatment steps.

    Please remove any face makeup before having a facial treatment - otherwise you will eat into your treatment time potentially resulting in us having to miss out treatment steps.

  • These treatments can only be carried out every 6+ weeks. I cannot do these treatments any less than this. Please arrive with clean lashes & brows. No mascara.

    You can have a brow wax and tint/ lash tint in the meantime or maintenance.

  • You must have at least 50% of lash extensions left from a fullset to be considered as an infill (every 2-3 weeks) lashes with less than 50% will be charged for a full set.  Please arrive with cleaned washed lashes.

  • Please try to come to your appointment alone, if circumstances require you to bring someone please notify me before.

  • Cash or bank transfer - All payments must be made prior to leaving the salon.

  • Please park in-front of the house or cover the , not on the drive or outside someone elses house.

  • I always offer a patch test for lash extensions. Even though it is not essential to have one as patch testing for lash glue cannot provide a 100% conclusive result, this is because only a small amount of product is used. It is more likely for allergies and sensitivities to occur after a full set.
